On this campingsite it's obligatory to have a valid Camping-ID since we are members of SCR, Svensk Camping. You activate your free Camping-ID in the app MY Camping Key. There you can also upgrade to the premium card Camping Key Europe.
Important to know
To book/enter into agreement with us you must be 18 years old.
Up on arrival
You have access to the cottage/room from 3pm. You have access to the campingpitch from 12 o´clock. If the campsite is fullybooked or if it´s a queue, please contact the reception for more information. If you arrive after opening hours of the reception, please inform us, see homepage for our opeing hours.
You shall leave the key/campingpitch at the latest 12 o´clock. By late departure a new fee for an extra day will be charged.
For all reservations via telephone or email a service fee of 135 SEK will be charged. If you book online then no fee is charged.
Please observe that the reception is cashfree, we accept pay - and creditcards.
Up on departure the room/cottage shall be left in cleaned condition according to our cleaningguide that you find in the room/cottage. The responsibility holds the person who has made the reservation. If you haven´t cleaned we will charge you according to tariff. You can pre-order departure cleaning in the reception. At special arrangements more expensive departure cleaning may be added.
Pets are allowed in most cottages and rooms for a cost of 250 SEK. If you have had a pet in a pet free cottage we will take a fee of 4000SEK for sanitation of the cottage.
Smoking is prohibited in all our cottages/rooms/servicebuildings. If smoking has occured you will be charged a fee from 4000 SEK.

When should I pay?
- A registration fee of 20% of the total amount will be payed with card at the time of booking.
- Final payment will be made 30 days before arrival.
- If you book later then 30 days before arrival the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
What happens if I don´t pay in time?
If the final payment is not done 30 days before arrival your reservation will be cancelled. No confirmation will be sent to you. The registration fee will not be paid back.
Through purchasing a cancellation insurance for 250 SEK the registration fee and the final payment will be refunded if the following occur:
- Death, illness or a serious accident have occurred to you, your spouse/partner, you/your partners parents, children, siblings or co-travlers.
- Another serious incident occur that is beyond your control, which you could not have foreseen when you made your reservation, resulting in it being unreasonable to require that you should abide to your reservation e.g. compromising fire or flooding to your home.
- If you are summoned to the army or civil defense.
- If you due to unemployment or a new employment are unable to proceed with your reservation.
You will have to confirm your impediment by providing us with documents, for example a medical certificate, authority certificate or proof an insurance claim. The document shall be forwarded to us within 14 days from the reservation date. Only then the rental amount will be refunded. The cancellation insurance also gives your the right to cancel an ongoing stay and to recover the amounts corresponding to the part of the lenght of stay you have not been able to use if any of the above points occur.
What if I want to cancel?
If you cancel your reservation you will not be reimbursed for the service fee, the registration fee or final payment. However, if you have purchased a cancellation insurance you will be fully reimbursed, excluding the insurance fee, according to the special conditions that apply (see point above). No refund will be done if you choose to interrupt your stay earlier than planned.
You who are a staying with us and arrives from a Schengen area shall strengthen your identity with identification documents (up on arrival). When you receive your confirmation you shall also sign your booking.
Through your booking you allow us to send newsletters to you and you will have the opportunity to participate in our guest survey via e-mail until you unsubscribe from these.
